Pack Pics.10

March 2008 .   The sledding season was superb - both teams got out 42 times - the most I've ever done in a year. Now the trails aren't in good condition for safe sledding, so the Malamutes enjoy longer play sessions in the yard. Thanks to the snow coming off the roof, there are some huge solid piles of snow that will eventually melt - along the western side of the house, the snow is deeply packed and before it started melting was over four feet high! But that is decreasing daily and soon it'll be mud and fur flying season. The pictures on this page show the very fit dogs in full winter coat enjoying some play time.

Zhouma & Justin on the packed snow. The gate to the carport is 4 feet high.

Party-girl Zhouma and Justin are great pals. She often has him chasing her - and grabbing her tail. Fortunately for Justin, she is very tolerant of his antics.

Dorje & Zhouma
This team of 4 work extremely well together. They enjoy a few moments of relaxation.
