INHARMONY'S WALTZ FOR BELLA

(Mountain Home's Jake Frost WTD, WPD x Inharmony's Kadence

born: June 25, 2013

Hips: AM preliminary x-ray  normal
ChD: cleared by parents      Eyes clear
PN: Homozygous normal- cleared by parents (both parents tested homozygous
normal)

3 weeks: confidently standing on own         4 weeks:  pause that refreshes        6 weeks: striding into the tunnel

When I chose Jake for Kadence, I wanted a male who would complement her good qualities and add his own special qualities to the pups. This happened with all 5 pups. While the 'wolf sable' color isn't my first preference, it is immaterial when the pup has all the qualities I was looking for.

Bella caught my eye and my heart at a very early age. Her 1 and 3 week evaluations were identical to Kadence's which pleased me enormously. Bella enjoys her lessons and is showing that she learns in a similar methodical manner to her momma.

Bella enjoys doing a variety of skills in Canine Education.  No surprise to me that she is very similar to her momma Kadence in her work ethic.

These photos are just a tiny sample of what she is learning.

Grandpa, can I have the bone, please?                                            Pretty pretty pleeeeease, Grandpa?    (He said no!)

Becoming a lady...

9 month old Bella hadn't seen her very special friend, Ven. Tenzin Chogyki, for over 5 months. She recognized her immediately.

The pic to the right is a favorite of mine - it is a picture of a true communion between two very special individuals in my life.

10 month old Bella observes as I load a second 'mark' during an exercise. Both Bella and Oliver are capable of going to multiple marks, stopping on cue, sitting, and waiting until their next cue.
11 month old Bella stood naturally in a 'show stack.'

June 20, 2015  Ven. Tenzin Chogkyi and Bella (2 years)

August 15, 2015 a 'naked' Bella is blessed with relics from Shakyamuni Buddha by a very special lady, Martha Cabral.
Bella had been having abnormal heat cycles since her 2nd heat. and I had to come to the difficult decision to have her spayed for her own health. Very disappointing as she demonstrates all that I love in a quality Alaskan Malamute female.... athleticism, intelligence, beauty, and a wonderful personality.... but Bella means more to me as an individual than as a potential breeding dog.
However, Bella has other equally important jobs at Inharmony.  She is a fabulous working dog in harness and is becoming a wonderful canine ambassador. Bella joined Justin again at the Day Camp presentation - and thoroughly enjoyed herself!
Bella waits with Candice for the teaching to end. She clearly adores Candice.
Bella modeled her harness to show the kids what sled dogs wear.
HAPPY DOG!

Nov. 2016 .. first snowfall of the winter. Bella loves to run and often includes the tunnel as part of her route. Lower pictures with Oliver.
