Pack Pics. 14

November 15, 2010 . The pasture is now empty. The dogs are enjoying the play sessions in it. The first snowfall of this winter added to their energy level. They certainly are snow dogs. Sledding started Nov. 28.

Geoffrey and Anakin posed for pictures at Winter Lights. They were absolute gentlemen as always. I couldn't be more proud of them.
Two heavy snowfalls left over 24" of snow in the pasture and stopped our sledding until my neighbor bought a snowmobile. In this pic are Maia, Pema (almost disappearing), and Justin.
My "geriatric" team: Left lead: Geoffrey (12 1/2 yrs), Right lead, Dorje (6 yrs), Left Wheel: Zhouma (9 1/2 yrs), and Right Wheel: Drala (11 yrs). We aren't going as far or as fast as we have in previous years - but that's o.k. I'm just grateful to get the team out for another year. They are all enjoying the runs.
